Hey back with blogging people!!!! wheee!!!!!!!!!!!!. This week been an hectic week for me actually & today i wake up late never go friday prayers, some more I injured my left ankle & right knee due to gym session & rush to AMK ITE, long story la, so suay !!!!

I've been planning & thinking of training my cardio & stamina back. I also thinking of lifting weights for endurance training as my body now is ....., all my biceps, triceps, fore arms, chests, my six packs, thights & calfs is gone, back to small size, flabby & fat, so pai sei lor if I take out my shirt & people see & commented " hey razak what happened to your body sei !!! ". What I know the last time I fight & my body is buff & muscular is last February lor, now is nothing but fats. Hmmm next week I am going to run for 50 rounds either in the stadium or run the distance of 5.2 km, anybody want join me? if yes call me hor, ok ???

I feel weak, fat & unactive lei when today I off to shower in the morning, look in the mirror in the toilet, OMG I don't look sexy anymore lei, shit!!!! , I want to look sexy like the last time when I took off my shirt & weight in for competition with my pic taken. My weight from middle weight which is 70 kg go down to bantam weight which now 62, I feel so lousy & uneasy, will be back to my routine which is train hard, fight hard & play hard even thought take alot of pain & mental strenght to do it, ok got to go will update again soon!!!!!!
