Hey there people out there!!!, Back with another update, yup this is my first time blogging early in the morning, time is now is 0419 hrs, hahah awake from sleep because of some dreams which bring back my memories when I first started my martial arts journey at the age of 15.

Yup, as you guys know or aware that I've been not fighting since my last competition, subbmission grappling @ FWA in March 21st due to some injuries which take some time to heal which is mentally, physically & emotionally, yup it take time to heal actually & I'm still in the process of healing before I return to train & fight again, my trainers & coaches have been searching high & low for me, how I get the info???, coz my older brother is one of the student in same gym I train in, so what ever the message , he will tell me, yup alot of news...., rumours & gossip in the gym itself, bah let it be, as this things are just plain & make up story only.

I will return back to MMA world back soon, but I can't promise when I will be back, so long I observe, my weight drop drastically from 70 kg to 60 kg due to depression, my muscle tone turns fat, my skills & techniques need to be brushen up once I return back to fight, yup one last thing, don't asume that the old Alif Razak is going to the same type of fighter & same fighting style again, it's going to be hell lot of different when he back to compete...... got to go, enjoy looking at the pics yar :)
